Ruidong Wu is working as a TA for 6.5940 (TinyML) in Fall 2026. He received his B.S. degree from Tsinghua University and was a co-founding member of Helixon Therapeutics, an AI-for-drug-discovery startup since year of 2021. He is currently a 2nd-year PhD student advised by Professor Bonnie Berger. His interests span generative modeling, LLMs, and AI4science. His recent interest is in the rational design and recursive self-improvement of LLMs and protein foundation models, especially their deployment in real industry settings.
